Living Healthy includes having a garden for me. There is a lot of work involves in weeding, watering, and mulching and the activity adds to my overall goal of living better.
Last week I reached a new goal- fitting into clothes that were purchased 2 years ago! Yes what a great feeling.
Walking regularly is key for me. Then my sister visited and wanted to go to the gym so I rejoined after a few months absence (due to covid) and have increased total body exercise.
Remember that only you have control over your mindset to be healthy. Small steps matter. Push yourself to explore new ways to exercise and eat.
